2004-05-17 [Forever Yours]: oh ok, thanks ^_^
2004-05-17 [Starna]: I didnt mean to sound like, "Do this the way I say, right now." Just seemed a little odd, and I didnt take into account time zones.
2004-05-17 [SeLoCeS]: listens to the convo with interest
2004-05-18 [Schob]: hey sel if you want a poem for the sad or perhaps dark poems section just use the one i sent you today if not tis up to you
2004-05-19 [Celtic Serenity]: Hi. I am new to town and would like to join duels. One problem, I believe I have read right, but I still cannot figure out how to submit a poem. Can anyone write a brief "For Dummies" on submission for me? Please!?
2004-05-19 [Starna]: um... its pretty easy. Type it up in word or something, then paste it in where it says submissions go. You have to stick the info requested in there, but thats just a little extra copying and pasting.
2004-05-19 [Nightshadow]: ...in the white box that pops up at the top of the page after you click the "edit this page" button toward the bottom, right above the comments. Rember to put your username in [brackets]. ^_^
2004-05-19 [Tal Anduril]: I probably should do a write up for posting, I'll try to have it up by tomorrow.
2004-05-19 [Tal Anduril]: Ok, here it is: How to submit
2004-05-20 [LonelyTylenol]: Looks good. I think the thing that needs most clarification though, about submitting, is that you are supposed to put your poem on top of the others. I think that's where some people are getting confused. Or they're like me and just not paying attention every once in a while. Realistic is stil tied...
2004-05-20 [Noctalune]: Er... I feel rather stupid, but my poem has been approved for the duels, and is awaiting one. That means that when a spot "opens up" the people who run the Wiki will set it up in there, right? And if not, what's the next step? Yeah... Still feeling rather stupid...
2004-05-20 [Tal Anduril]: Yes, when a spot opens up, your poem will duel. Until then, you just have to have patience... or you could just write more poems to kill time. And as far as it goes, your question is not stupid and neither are you; many of the others have had poems duel in the past, so they have an idea as to what's going on, while this is very new to you.
2004-05-20 [Ocean Dreaming]: [LonelyTylenol], naw I tend to agree that it's confusing people. The standard submission form is below the top. So the sentence 'That would be right below this line, not at the end. Yes, I'm sure about that.' is very easily misinterpreted what with the word 'end' usually meaning the end of the page instead of 'below submitted poems'. ^-^ Now I wish I could label some of my poems more easily ;p
2004-05-20 [LonelyTylenol]: Tal- I assume you meant to say "...your question is not stupid and neither are you..." And... [Ocean Dreaming]- now you've lost me. But that's okay. Bevcause I do get it. It's just that... I think there was a time before that sentence was there, or people are in shock from the big flashy sign and don't read the little plain word beneath it. I don't know. I think I screwed that up the first time I submitted a poem because of that.
2004-05-20 [adnihilo]: ^-^
2004-05-20 [Tal Anduril]: *fixes above edit* when the screen starts swimming i really should go to bed instead of trying to type...
2004-05-20 [adnihilo]: probably
2004-05-20 [LonelyTylenol]: good idea.
2004-05-21 [Ocean Dreaming]: How can I lose you while you still understand? o_O I don't think it's the sign, btw, but the sentence wording. No matter how absolute it may sound, if it gets interpreted wrongly, it's not absolute. ;) And I'm just being an annoying nitpicky smartaleck now, so just ignore me. ;p
2004-05-21 [LonelyTylenol]: I know how it works but what you said... Well, Maybe I'm out of it, but it just didn't make sense in my head. probably just me.
2004-05-22 [Ocean Dreaming]: Naw... I'm known for possessing no visible logic. Very handy thing for philosophy classes ;)
2004-05-23 [Noctalune]: Thanks for the help! I'm glad you think I'm not stupid. We all need an ego boost once in a while.Funny the conversation that sprung off my comment. Funny... or maybe just to me.
2004-05-24 [LonelyTylenol]: ^-^ tee-hee
2004-05-25 [Starna]: Hey, I fixed the link to the fantasy poll. Please don't get pissed or anything... You had the last 2 numbers switched, so I made it the same as the one on the actual fantasy poem page.
2004-05-25 [pegasus1000]: why are your arena's passworded.. It makes things hard for outsiders to post anything
2004-05-25 [Starna]: you dont post in the arena, you post in Duelist Submissions Page
2004-05-25 [pegasus1000]: right oh..
2004-05-25 [Tal Anduril]: Thanks Starna.
2004-05-25 [pegasus1000]: yes, thanks starna
2004-05-26 [LonelyTylenol]: I screwed up the poll number? Okay... Sorry everybody. Thanks for fixing it. Did I scrwe it up everywhere or just in one place? I also, at first, forgot to change the mood for the Fantasy screen name. Sorry everybody... Please don't be mad...
2004-05-27 [Starna]: It wasn't any big deal. just switched the last 2 numbers, and only on one page.
2004-05-27 [Nightshadow]: Yeah...just doing one of these is a lot of work. The last thing anyone should be is mad. ^_^
2004-05-27 [LonelyTylenol]: ^-^ Realistic is still within one... (FYI: most of the people managing leave it running if it's withing one). I can't believe this... I've been tied there for about 4 WEEKS! It's really strange. Hey Tal! What's the longest a set of poems has ever been up?
2004-05-28 [thestranger]: Hmm it wasnt tied when i went
2004-05-28 [LonelyTylenol]: It's within one. Usually, they count that as tied. Just because it's so incredibly close and it might have just changed and not have been tied earlier in the day.
2004-05-28 [SeLoCeS]: nods i know well lets see if i get to send to the winner this week or not
2004-05-28 [Tal Anduril]: Humm, longest duel, probably about that... maybe a little over a month.
2004-05-31 [LonelyTylenol]: Note to whoever is in charge of Nature: You're supposed to take it off this page if it's awaiting a challenger. You put it in the "awaiting challenger"sec
2004-05-31 [LonelyTylenol]: To Make You Think ..., Love..., and Realistic are tied... Well, nearly. And Nature, jovial, and humor are all awaiting challengers. Hey! All the links worked right on my first try!
2004-05-31 [wildCARD]: (hasn't actually written poetry in a real long time. I mean, I've been sitting on previous entries for almost a month now... (has 5 minutes before he goes to bed... I can do it.)
2004-05-31 [Tal Anduril]: add Deep Thoughts to the tied list
2004-05-31 [wildCARD]: Kay, wrote one for Jovial. XD
2004-05-31 [Tal Anduril]: sweet; not quite sure if it's a happy poem though...
2004-05-31 [Ocean Dreaming]: Ah.... you should try labeling most of mine. ;) Well the later works at least ^-^
2004-05-31 [Ocean Dreaming]: Er... May I note that the poll number in the link of the mood for the sad competition is faulty? ^-^;;
2004-05-31 [adnihilo]: and in participating duelists, the love one is wrong
2004-05-31 [MissTricky]: O.o wow...niftynes
2004-05-31 [Nightshadow]: My bad...sad is me. Thanks for the heads up.
2004-06-01 [Domna Rose]: *watches from a corner*
2004-06-02 [LonelyTylenol]: meh. corners won't get you far. Ther'es nowhere to go from theere but out of the corner. Come. What is it?
2004-06-02 [Nightshadow]: Unless you have contact explosives on hand...then you can go right through the corner. *nods*
2004-06-02 [LonelyTylenol]: I suppose...
2004-06-02 [wildCARD]: Right... Changed my poem's category to Humor from Jovial. (shrug)
2004-06-02 [Starna]: Damn, that was a quick reversal... votes for deep thoughts went from 5-3 in my favor to 5-9 in... 4 hours.
2004-06-02 [Nightshadow]: Wow...not many duels even get that many votes. Um...lucky you. ^_^;
2004-06-02 [Domna Rose]: But...I watch well from the corner...and no one sneaks up behind me...
2004-06-03 [wildCARD]: :blows through the other side of the corner with contact explosives. Ha. Sneaked up behind you, there.
2004-06-03 [Domna Rose]: *shrieks in terror*...but that wasn't sneaking...tha
2004-06-03 [LonelyTylenol]: Okay then!
2004-06-06 [LonelyTylenol]: To make you think ..., sad, and love... are all tied. (plus all of the ones that were or will be updated today) and Nature, Jovial, and Humor are all awaiting challengers.
2004-06-07 [Tal Anduril]: Humor has a poll up now, (person doing it normally is out of vacation), but yeah, all the others are tied though
2004-06-07 [Starna]: Fixed: The poll number for Fantasy. It had an extra 8 on th'end.
2004-06-08 [LonelyTylenol]: I've been doing that a lot lately... Thank you. Where was it screwed up? (not like it matters, but...)
2004-06-09 [emmerlicious]: wow, sorry, Starna, i'm like. . . way ahead of you. . .
2004-06-10 [Starna]: ...wtf?
2004-06-10 [Doormat]: where the crap did that come from?
2004-06-10 [Tal Anduril]: I’d like to remind everyone about the Rules page; in particular rule number 5, which states that: “Please don't have a note, message, intricate work of art, or anything else that says "Vote for me." It's childish, and I won't tolerate it…” Since this rule was introduced there hasn’t been a problem (that I’ve been aware of anyway) with regards to this rule. To clarify the no tolerance part of it, the poem(s) that are in question will be disqualified; making the other contestant winner by default. By breaking that rule the person declares that they are no longer interested in participating in this wiki, and will be banned from entering. If you have any scalding remarks please send...
2004-06-10 [Tal Anduril]: them to the house of [Tal Anduril]; if you’d like to talk (politely) about the subject the comments section is open to you.
2004-06-10 [deleted, gone]: how do i enter a contest?
2004-06-10 [adnihilo]: deulist submission page. Fill out the little form and post it and your poem under the neon green sign that says 'post here'
2004-06-10 [deleted, gone]: thank you
2004-06-10 [adnihilo]: sure
2004-06-14 [Tal Anduril]: I'm sorry, I'm just continueing to lose faith in humanity. I need to ask this question for my sake: Does anyone ever read The Rules? For the second time in a handful of days the last rule on that page has been broken. There are only five rules, and they don't seem unreasonable. Are they? Is there anything there that I'm asking for too hard? Too difficult to understand? I don't know how to make this clearer to you, I've asked. I'm just fed up with it all.
2004-06-14 [deleted, gone]: I said sorry. It was not my intention to bother you, and I fixed my mistake
2004-06-14 [Dil*]: i suggest you bold the rules or put them under h2 tags...people kinda scan over things...
2004-06-14 [Kayne]: hy house I haey I have a question , in my house I had a link to the poll where my poem was and I said : vote fot your favorite one, I did not say which poem was mine though , is that illegal ?
2004-06-14 [Tal Anduril]: That's perfectly all right.
2004-06-14 [deleted, gone]: yes, i also suggest you bold the rules so that people like myself are not banned. its not like i purposely broke them you know.
2004-06-14 [LonelyTylenol]: Oh... Umm... Controversial, Fantasy, Humor, jovial, Nature, Realistic are all awaiting challengers. Just thought I'd say that....
2004-06-14 [SeLoCeS]: realistic was up but we had some problems this week with the contest that is why it isnt up there but it will all be worked out soon
2004-06-16 [Kayne]: I'm so reliefd , I got a warning that I somebody accused me from cheating , and I thought it was because of that :s
2004-06-16 [Nightshadow]: Crayon...if you're entering any wiki contest, it's your obligation and agreement to find out if there are any rules. The Rules aren't hard to find...they're right at the top of the menu from which you link to everything. Stop trying to make yourself seem less at fault with statements like "it's not like I purposely broke them" or "they should be bolded"...ther
2004-06-16 [Nightshadow]: The rules shouldn't have to be put in h2 tags or otherwise changed...wiki contests always have rules. That's understood. If participants don't take the time to find those rules and understand them--and they're not hard to find, sitting right at the top of the menu from which you link to everything--th
2004-06-16 [SeLoCeS]: mmm i guess that is a good point
2004-06-16 [deleted, gone]: so much for second chances. oh well, thank God you are all perfect ; )
2004-06-16 [SeLoCeS]: no one said we were perfect
2004-06-16 [Starna]: They just thought poets could read.
2004-06-16 [Nightshadow]: And no one's feigning perfection. You don't have to be perfect to observe basic rules of conduct.
2004-06-16 [Nightshadow]: *snickers* Thank you, Starna.
2004-06-16 [SeLoCeS]: we are human after all, who would have guessed we can make a mistake though hey...
2004-06-16 [deleted, gone]: no one said, correct, however you have all indicated the fact. you all enjoy playing God to much
2004-06-16 [deleted, gone]: forgive me if im blunt, i just believe in kindness and fair play, that no one is better than ne 1 else and people make mistakes
2004-06-17 [Doormat]: human! preposterous!
2004-06-17 [deleted, gone]: lol hey i saw a mint condition Diablo last night. real nice
2004-06-17 [Doormat]: diablo...1 2?
2004-06-17 [deleted, gone]: what do u mean?
2004-06-17 [Doormat]: nvm.
2004-06-17 [SeLoCeS]: DiabloJr which do you like one or two I understand what you meant
2004-06-17 [Doormat]: 2
2004-06-17 [SeLoCeS]: nods me too
2004-06-17 [SeLoCeS]: have you finished it
2004-06-18 [Doormat]: well....when you play multiplayer you finish it like 20 times
2004-06-18 [SeLoCeS]: lol ok ok , i just dont have the time to do it like that i have only finished it once
2004-06-18 [Tal Anduril]: For those of you that are lost Diablo and Diablo2 are computer games. You can either play by yourself, or with other people in the multiplayer version.
2004-06-18 [Dil*]: i used to be so obsessed with diablo.
2004-06-18 [SeLoCeS]: smiles i was too then i moved on to other games but then i went back to good old diablo again lol
2004-06-18 [Dil*]: i played diablo 2 classic for 3 years and diablo 1 for dunno..1year and a half....nostal
2004-06-18 [SeLoCeS]: oh dont feel sad *smiles* pull out diablo and get going agian that will cheer you up lol
2004-06-18 [deleted, gone]: my have is ddr ne one play?
2004-06-18 [Nightshadow]: I do. Just because I should do something active. *draws writes paints rps*
2004-06-19 [LonelyTylenol]: I have DDR2. It's fun... The only thing is, there's no real in-between level. It's either too easy or too hard...
2004-06-19 [Nightshadow]: I have ddrmax2...can pass about half the songs in standard mode, but I'm still not that great at it.
2004-06-19 [LonelyTylenol]: Yeah. That's the on I have. I'm good on beginner and light, but not very good past there.
2004-06-19 [Nightshadow]: I never played beginner, actually. It irks me.
2004-06-19 [LonelyTylenol]: Well, beginner is really easy... But Light is easy too. I'm just not good enough to go on to standard.
2004-06-20 [Nightshadow]: Depends heavily on the song...with surprising results, sometimes. "Dream a Dream" in standard isn't bad at all, while the slower "Ghosts"...meh
2004-06-20 [LonelyTylenol]: That's a good song. As well as... In the Navy... and... I can't remember some of the other good ones. It's been a while since I've played, because my grandpa's staying in my basement, and that's where the PS2 is.
2004-06-20 [Nightshadow]: In the Navy is just so stupid it's funny. :p lol. My favorite's the "New Century" song or whatever it's called...beeth
2004-06-20 [LonelyTylenol]: Oh, yeah. Umm... I don't remember... But yeah... Well, I'm not in the mood to chat... See ya'll later
2004-06-20 [LonelyTylenol]: Look at that... Fantasy has a challenger again... That means I have to do work... Oh well...
2004-06-21 [deleted, gone]: o my!!! ddr fans! *claps* i love that!!!
2004-06-21 [deleted, gone]: candy is the best song, + shiny disco balls
2004-06-21 [Tal Anduril]: *has never played it, but it sounds fun*
2004-06-21 [Nightshadow]: *would pay money to see Tal play DDR*
2004-06-21 [LonelyTylenol]: There's one really hard song... It's so fast and even on light it's impossible... "Maxx Unlimited." Have you tried that one? IT'S SO FREAKING HARD...
2004-06-21 [Nightshadow]: It's kind of weird...I can do it about halfway through. The only problem is, if you screw up once, you can't find the beat again.
2004-06-23 [Tal Anduril]: *would pay money to see Therian play DDR*... *dodges dagger*
2004-06-23 [LonelyTylenol]: Yeah that's the hardest part of that song... Have you earned "Afronova?" That's one's nearly impossible... Unless you practice a ton.
2004-06-23 [Nightshadow]: I can get it on light mode. No higher, though. It doesn't get as much harder in standard as some songs, though, since there are so many off-beats to start.
2004-06-23 [Tári Nénharma]: I beat Afronova for you, Leggie- what are you complaining about? Maxx, yeah? Well, go ahead, complain about it. Maxx unlimited is baaaaaddddd.
2004-06-23 [Tári Nénharma]: Dangit, humor and jovial are still awaiting challengers. Anyone feel inspired?
2004-06-23 [Nightshadow]: Afronova's not especially hard...you just have to get into the off-beats, as well as the beat, and you've got it.
2004-06-23 [LonelyTylenol]: It's hard. I don't care that you beat it for me Tari. That's not the point. Are you trying to say it's not hard? Because I heard you say it is. Maxx is horrible, though. You can't deny it. Do you know what sucks? I keep getting a B on "Superstar" and it doesn't save it. It's just that song, too...
2004-06-23 [Nightshadow]: *clarifies* Hard to do well, but not especially so just to pass. I've only gotten a c on it once, and that was in practice mode. *cries* And yes I don't think anyone in their right mind would deny that Maxx 2 is the devil's firstborn.
2004-06-23 [LonelyTylenol]: Yeah, that's the trick. Doing it well. But Tari got a B on it...
2004-06-23 [LonelyTylenol]: On Light of course.
2004-06-23 [Nightshadow]: Very cool.
2004-06-23 [LonelyTylenol]: Tell her that. No... Wait. I will.
2004-06-24 [LonelyTylenol]: Whoa!!! All of a sudden, questions and comments are being sent to Tari!! How long has it been like that? Or am I just really unobservant?
2004-06-26 [Tal Anduril]: Not long, I changed it for the weekend I was going to be gone.
2004-06-27 [LonelyTylenol]: Right. I asked her in person. So I found out the answer not long after I wrote the message. But thanks anyways.
2004-07-01 [Kaimee]: Incase anyones interested, the Town Herald Poetry Corner is open again and looking for poetry for our next issue :)
2004-07-01 [wildCARD]: Submitted a poem for Humor. I think.
2004-07-03 [Rawr!!!!]: What's the password so I can enter the love duel?
2004-07-03 [Nightshadow]: you don't. read the rules, to avoid all of us possibly having headaches...an
2004-07-03 [LonelyTylenol]: I think I may write a poem for Fantasy soon... Created a new RPG elf... with a history...
2004-07-03 [wildCARD]: And this is officially the longest tie, EVER. (points at To Make You Think)
2004-07-04 [LonelyTylenol]: How long has it been?
2004-07-04 [Nightshadow]: Well, click back through the "view last version" of the page and see. Though it's not tied at the moment...
2004-07-13 [Starna]: Hey, when are you guys going to update? People are still voting on the ones that ended 2 days ago. Controversial was way ahead, now it's tied.
2004-07-13 [Doormat]: yay...its tied :D
2004-07-13 [Kayne]: im the keeper of to make youthink ,it's nottied is it ?
2004-07-14 [Nightshadow]: Um...well generally the person in charge updates stragglers at the end of the day, if they're not updated...I was out of town. *does the rest now*
2004-07-14 [Nightshadow]: Actually, I only changed the dates. I apologize...th
2004-07-14 [Kayne]: oke
2004-07-15 [LonelyTylenol]: I'll inform Tari about that she needs to fix them... I think we'll have to just let them run the week.
2004-07-15 [Nightshadow]: ...not that there's much to be fixed...?
2004-07-15 [wildCARD]: (ignores the recurring bad omen that is referring to his own tied poll, and points to Humor.) S'tied. Vote.
2004-07-16 [Doormat]: same with controversial.
2004-07-17 [Hackworth]: How do I join, pray tell?
2004-07-17 [Nightshadow]: How to join is listed at the bottom of the rules, to encourage people to read them.
2004-07-18 [Lordterrex]: this kind amakes me think of whenpeople have insult flow contests
2004-07-24 [StickyBun]: ooh id like to join this...
2004-07-24 [Nightshadow]: Go right ahead. I think we'd all appreciate it. ^_^
2004-07-24 [StickyBun]: shweet! ^_^
2004-07-26 [Nightshadow]: Excuse any small errors in the poem updating, that might have something to do with the fact that my brain is melted from spending the last two hours updating every single cateogry. Where the hell were all you people!?
2004-07-26 [wildCARD]: Yeah. Sci-fi. I created the category, and as of this moment am deciding to never write in it again, because I suck at it. (even though I think What's an Android? might have been... "inspired" by recent mass media releases, heheh, it's a grand poem. (votes))
2004-07-26 [Nightshadow]: Actually, I thought your poem was quite good...anyway, I don't watch many movies. That second poem was actually based on a roleplaying character, Allen Xengen. *wonders how rare sci-fi duels are going to be*
2004-07-27 [wildCARD]: Really? Heh. I figured it was influenced by I, Robot. And thanks, but the poem really isn't that good at all.
2004-07-28 [LonelyTylenol]: Thank you to whoever changed the duels that weren't changed on time. Tari and I are at band camp... Don't get that much free time.
2004-07-29 [Nightshadow]: None of them were changed, actually. -_- You're welcome, though.
2004-07-29 [SeLoCeS]: thankyou who changed my part of this wiki, sorry i was away at a wedding this weekend and wasnt able to get online so thanks again
2004-07-31 [LonelyTylenol]: Were thee dates just extended? Or what was done, because they appear to be updated, from here at least...
2004-07-31 [Nightshadow]: What...?
2004-07-31 [LonelyTylenol]: never mind.
2004-08-02 [wildCARD]: Hmm. I need to pump out some more poetry, I think. Not in the mood, right now... Haven't been able to get in the mood to write a good poem in a LONG time. Any topic suggestions, I'll write a poem on the first comment I see under this one.
2004-08-02 [Nightshadow]: Controversial, humor, jovial, nature, sci-fi, and realistic are all awaiting challengers. Hint hint! lol.
2004-08-02 [LonelyTylenol]: Wow... Maybe I'll write another realistic...
2004-08-03 [SeLoCeS]: thankyou again for realistic being updated i will be on the ball from now on, computers really have a brain for themselves i swear....
2004-08-03 [Nightshadow]: No problem...real
2004-08-03 [Nightshadow]: I just realized that there are six dueling and six without challengers...
2004-08-03 [SeLoCeS]: lol that is just mmm weird hey
2004-08-03 [Nightshadow]: "Pathetic" was my word for it but sure, take your pick.
2004-08-03 [SeLoCeS]: lol i will leave that up to you to choose *grins*
2004-08-03 [LonelyTylenol]: Is anyone in charge of sci-fi yet? There are two, and they've been there since... I don't know, but the second one was there before Sunday...
2004-08-03 [Nightshadow]: *frowns* I thought I'd changed that page...*does it now* No worries, though, they were both in last week's duel. I assume it's wildCARD's category, since he created it, but I'm not sure.
2004-08-03 [LonelyTylenol]: I might be wrong. The newer might actually be new... I missed the first week the category ran...
2004-08-03 [Nightshadow]: Like I said. There were two poems there. Both were in last week's duel. I've fixed it.
2004-08-04 [wildCARD]: I don't think it's my category, I just wrote the first poem for it, since... I don't remember who... didn't like Fantasy and Sci-Fi being bunched together.
2004-08-05 [Nightshadow]: Ah...my bad, I thought you created the category. :) Maybe Tal's then.
2004-08-08 [Azoth]: my head hurts.. tis is confusing....
2004-08-08 [SeLoCeS]: oh well i dont have much to do for realistic this week, anyone feeling the writting bug we need a new poem to challenge in Realistic...
2004-08-12 [wildCARD]: I'd write a poem for Realistic, but I'd like to prove I can win in some other category besides that one.
2004-08-12 [Nightshadow]: lol. So do one for that category, too, and maintain the current image while you're at it. :p This is about giving someone else a challenger, too.
2004-08-12 [LonelyTylenol]: I'd love to write a poem for realistic.. I'll see if I can find the time... Or the inspiration... I'd like to prove I can win at all...
2004-08-12 [wildCARD]: (sighs) Hmph. I had a poem for Realistic already done, so there. :)
2004-08-14 [LonelyTylenol]: Okay. Because I'm kind of suffering from writer's block... Not like I write much poetry in the first place, but usually I can... almost do it on demand...
2004-08-14 [Tári Nénharma]: No comment from someone who knows [LonelyTylenol]. It wouldn't be right.
2004-08-14 [SeLoCeS]: i think i have the same problem i havent written anything in almost six months.... maybe one day it will come back....
2004-08-15 [herrschneemann]: there's no link to the Duelist Submissions Page from the front page ...
